You can upload any .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or other photo format. Please ensure your photo is not blurry and is well-lit. We will not accept a picture of a computer screen.
We can accept photos of any quality, but be aware that we cannot edit the photo to be more clear or sharp. The higher quality that you send to us, the better your light will look.
We prefer the original vector file for your logo — most commonly .SVG, .AI, or .PDF. If you only have a .jpg, .jpeg, or other non-vector file, additional charges may apply depending on complexity. We will not accept a picture of a computer screen.
